How's It Going?

Hi Elder Penrod,

How are you doing? How is the companion? What have you been up to? What new things have you leared about Tacoma Washington?

We have been doing well. It has been really wet and snowy here. I feel like winter may no end, haha, it just keeps coming.

The kids have entered the 4th quarter of their school year. I can't believe they are almost done and then I will have another Senior and a Sophmore and only one in junior high. That just seems crazy to me.

Some things that the family has been up to this week:

Curtis took the ACT. He said that it wasn't too bad. We are not sure when he will get his results back. He also built his Christmas present finally, which was a speaker that is made out of an ammunition can. It actually makes a pretty good, bluetooth speaker. When you look for it on bluetooth it is called "jamunition", hehe. Curtis also says that his friend Brayden is learning the guitar and is not quite getting it. He is wondering if you have any suggestions or tips you would give a beginner.

Bethany has had lots of parties this last week. She had her birthday, which was a family only party. Then a friend's party with baked potatoes and games and then another party of pizza, a movie, ferrets, goldfish, and cute cats and dogs.

Cameron has had a quiet week of playing games on your computer and hanging out with Mason and Riley Jones (Riley likes to have a lot of friend "parties*). He also grew 4 inches over the course of the year. The doctor said that he still has some growing left to do. When we measured him next to Curtis, he was only a couple inches shorter, haha.

Dad was able to get a few things done on the addition this week. We have soffit on the east of the garage . He also has been enjoying building the Lego set and the ammunition can speaker with your siblings.

I am excited to talk to you tomorrow. We have a dentist appointment tomorrow at 3:00 (our time) so I am hoping that we can be done in time to have a call with you before the kids go off to their multiple activities.

Love you bunches!

Love

Mom
